The majority of Erasmus traineeships are completed in the student’s last year of studying. The placement can be an independently organised traineeship. Funding is also available to students seeking to undertake an internship abroad.

Eligibility

Candidates are invited to an interview at their respective department. Before the interview takes place, the candidate will have to fill out and collect the following documents: Transcript of records, Language certificate, Europass CV /in English/, Letter of invitation and Application form.

The Erasmus grant is intended to be a contribution towards the additional costs of your mobility, and is not a full maintenance grant.

How to apply

Please contact your department or Erasmus office directly to find out what Erasmus traineeship opportunities are available to you and what their application processes and deadlines are. Once you have applied for Erasmus funding, please ensure the Erasmus Office and your department are kept informed of any changes.
